On Monday, the Mt. Greylock girls volleyball team faced a devastating loss on the road in a night game against first seed Frontier. After losing the first set of the Western Mass tournament game 7 to 25, they went on to lose the second set 9 to 25. However, they staged an agonizing comeback in the third set, just barely succumbing to Frontier 23 to 25. This marked the end of a valiant season for the mounties girls volleyball team. The team’s highly successful season bodes well for the seasons to come.
