Workout Wednesday: Week 4

Welcome back to Workout Wednesday! Almost a month (!) in quarantine. Hopefully everyone is finding their way into somewhat of a routine. The weather this week has been fairly nice, which means even more reason to get out there and get moving. The sunshine and endorphins are sure to improve your mood. Lay out a yoga mat, grab some water, and get ready to work!

Warmup:

Set out a mat, a towel, or cushion outside. This can be on your porch, yard, or driveway. Just anywhere where you can get some sun! Next, follow this five minute meditation to center your mind and clear your thoughts for the upcoming work out.

Circuit

Legs:

  • Squat pulses (30s)
  • Jumping squats (30s)
  • Invisible chair (30s)
  • Jumping lunges (30s)
  • 20 Walking lunges

Abs:

  • 30 Russian twists
  • 20 flutter kicks
  • 1 minute plank
  • 20 plank to push ups
  • 30 In & Out abs

Cardio:

  • High knees (30s)
  • Butt kicks (30s)
  • 50 Jumping jacks
  • 15 burpees
  • 30 mountain climbers

Repeat 2-3x
